When will I receive the MP3s?
You will receive the download links to the sleep stories instantly after purchase, directly after the checkout page, as well as via your registered E-Mail. That way you can download the stories on what ever device you would like. It is also possible to download the stories multiple times, should you need more than one version of the MP3. The products are entirely digital downloads that have no delivery time and you will also receive a digital invoice.
How can I listen to the MP3s?
On your iPhone, the MP3s will be saved into the "Files" App. There you can listen directly to the story, or share / export it to different applications like an offline player or the music app.
On a PC or Mac, the MP3 should appear into your Browser's download history. From there you can directly open it with your favourite player, move it to a different folder, or export it to your music app for example.
Can I download the MP3s forever?
We advise to download the MP3s 30 days after purchase. Within that time, it can be downloaded as often as you like. Even after the 30 days, the download link should remain active for an unlimited amount of time, however we only guarantee a 30 day activeness of the link because server capacities may change in the future. However, should you lose your files and the 30 day timeframe is already over / the download link is not working anymore, please feel to contact us at any time, and we'll find a solution!
